Hello, I've a "new" (for me) Luxman L-2 power amp. The label on the back says 220V. The transformer is the P2348 and it's primary is wired like this : Brown Neutral. Orange Live. Red unplugged. According to the schematics, my transformer should have a blue and a black wires on the primary, and be for 120V. My mains is at 240V so :

Dec 20, 2011. #2. The L-190 looks like my L-430. Early '80s amp. The 430 is laid out well, and easy to service. Sounds great too. I've no experience with an L-2, but pics on the net indicate it's rather cheaply made. edit: looking further, they are pretty similar in construction. both look easy to work on.
